wherein the phosphorescent material contained in the first organic layer and the phosphorescent material contained in the second organic layer comprise the same phosphorescent compound represented by the formula (1), and the crosslinkable material is a compound represented by the formula (3):

wherein M represents an iridium atom or the like, n 1 represents an integer of 1 or more, n 2 represents an integer of 0 or more, E 1 and E 2 represent a carbon atom or the like, the ring L 1 and the ring L 2 represent an aromatic heterocyclic ring or the like, and A 1 -G 1 -A 2 represents an anionic bidentate ligand:
