A light emitting module 116 includes an upper light emitting unit 106, a lower light emitting unit 108, an intermediate reflector 118 provided between the upper light emitting unit 106 and the lower light emitting unit 108, and a lens that projects images of the upper light emitting unit 106 and the lower light emitting unit 108 to a space in front of a vehicle. A plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices 104 are provided such that a light emitting surface 104a of each light emitting device faces the lens, and the intermediate reflector 118 includes a reflecting surface that reflects a portion of light emitted from at least one of the upper light emitting unit 106 and the lower light emitting unit 108 toward the lens. The upper light emitting unit 106 and the lower light emitting unit 108 are configured such that a gap G1 between the upper light emitting unit 106 and the lower light emitting unit 108 is larger than the minimum gap G2 between horizontally adjacent light emitting devices in the upper light emitting unit 106 or the lower light emitting unit 108.
