This application discloses a fiber access terminal, including a first housing and a second housing, where the first housing is connected to the second housing to form a receptacle and an opening, and the opening is located on a side of the receptacle; and a mounting panel that is housed in the opening and connected to both the first housing and the second housing, where the mounting panel includes an adapter mounting hole, and the adapter mounting hole passes through the receptacle to the outside of the fiber access terminal to mount a fiber adapter. The fiber access terminal in this application can be quickly connected to a drop fiber. This application further discloses a fiber distribution apparatus.
