摘要：
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for separating and analyzing molecules, in particular proteins such as ADCs. To answer ADCs requirements, the apparatus and the method of the present invention are based on the direct connection between non-denaturing chromatography selected from hydrophobic interaction chromatography, size exclusion chromatography and ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography and non-denaturing mass spectrometry to answer ADCs requirements.
