Discussed is an organic electroluminescent device, comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; an emitting material layer between the first and second electrodes; a hole injection layer between the first electrode and the emitting material layer; and a hole transporting layer between the hole injection layer and the emitting material layer, wherein at least one of the hole injection layer, the hole transporting layer and the emitting material layer includes an organic compound of Formula:

wherein X is selected from carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, and Y is selected from aryl and arylamine.
