A rechargeable battery includes at least a porous base (10), a first electrode layer (11), an ionic conductor layer (13), and a second electrode layer (12). The porous base (10) includes a conductive framework (1). The framework (1) has a three-dimensional network structure. On at least part of a surface of the framework (1) in the interior of the porous base (10), the first electrode layer (11), the ionic conductor layer (13), and the second electrode layer (12) are stacked in this order. The first electrode layer (11) and the second electrode layer (12) have opposite polarities.
