The supporting guide (3) forms an upper resting surface (4a, 5a) which can be engaged by at least one abutment body (30) which is connected, by means of at least one lateral post (31), to a supporting carriage (32) for the body of at least one user; the supporting guide (3) comprises at least one first cable-based guiding portion (4) and at least one second rail-based guiding portion (5).
In particular, connection means (10) are provided between at least one first cable-based guiding portion (4) and at least one second rail-based guiding portion (5).
