Disclosed are an information sending and receiving method and apparatus, a device and a storage medium. The information receiving method includes: detecting whether a network side triggers a user equipment in a set manner to perform a first operation; and in response to a detection result that the network side triggers the user equipment in the set manner to perform the first operation, performing the first operation, where the first operation includes one of: receiving downlink control information in a search space, or receiving a first signal on a physical resource.
