Provided a touch panel a method of manufacturing the touch panel and a touch display panel. The touch panel includes a touch substrate; and a plurality of touch electrodes on the touch substrate, the plurality of touch electrodes being spaced apart from each other in a first direction and extending in a second direction different from the first direction, wherein a width of each of the touch electrodes gradually increases or decreases in the second direction.
