An adaptable multifunctional module (1) that it is formed as a stand-alone enclosed structure with a door (2), inside which an adjustable chair, lighting, a baggage storage room, an adjustable work bench and the like can be found, wherein the module (1) has a payment system, a system for monitoring of living conditions such as temperature, humidity, airborne oxygen content, ventilation system, with at least one sensor selected out of the group of sensors for detecting the amount of CO 2 , O 2 , temperature, humidity, movement, smoke, weight and heart rate, and a disinfection system. The entire module function is controlled by a control device that monitors the booking, payment and use of the module, regulates the conditions inside the module, and activates the alarm in case of problems.
