The present disclosure provides a fastener (100). The fastener (100) includes an elongated body (102) having a first end (104) and a second end (106) opposite the first end (104). The fastener (100) also includes a head (108) having a first surface (110) and a second surface (112) opposite the first surface (110). The first end (104) of the elongated body (102) is coupled to the second surface (112) of the head (108), and a diameter (114) of the head (108) is greater than a diameter (116) of the elongated body (102). The fastener (100) also includes a sleeve (130) positioned over at least a portion of the elongated body (102) and the second surface (112) of the head (108). The fastener (100) also includes a plurality of textured elements (118) positioned on an exterior surface (119) of the sleeve (130) adjacent the second surface (112) of the head (108).
