The size of the first material coil (3p) in a diameter direction being larger than the size of the first material coil (3p) in a width direction, and the size of the second material coil (3f) in a diameter direction being larger than the size of the second material coil (3f) in a width direction. When attaching the first material coil (3p), the first material coil (3p) is attached while being sandwiched from two widthwise sides between a first positioning portion (25pa) and a first pressing plate (25pb). When attaching the second material coil (3f), the second material coil (3f) is attached while being sandwiched from two widthwise sides between a second positioning portion (25fa) and a second pressing plate (25fb).
