The present invention relates to an oil-including elastomer particle having a structure wherein at least two silicon atoms within the silicone elastomer particle are cross-linked through a silalkylene group with a carbon number of between 4 and 20, a structure that includes, in the silicone elastomer particle, an oil that is liquid at 40°C, and, preferably, the mixture of oil and the cross-linking silicone composition is cured in the form of emulsion particles, and also relates to the use thereof.
