The filter module (100) comprises: a module cover (130) disposed at a lower side of the treatment space; and a filter unit (110) disposed inside the module cover (130) so that the filter unit (110) is allowed to be withdrawn toward a front of the module cover (130) when the door (30) opens the opened front of the cabinet (10), the filter unit (110) configured to filter out foreign substances falling down on the module cover (130).
