摘要:
A process for producing an alkaline hydronium ion composition, the process comprising the steps of:
reacting at least one strong inorganic acid with a strong base, wherein the at least one strong inorganic acid has a pKa ≥ 1.74, a density between 22° and 70° Baume and a specific gravity between 1.18 and 1.93, wherein the at least one strong acid is added to the inorganic hydroxide in a metered manner over a defined interval to provide a resonance time interval of between 12 and 120 hours; and
after metered addition is complete, exposing the resulting material to a non-bipolar magnetic field at a value greater than 2000 gauss for an interval between 5 minutes and 24 hours.
