The invention pertains to a handling support (1) for conveying material parts, in particular meat portions, and comprising repeating sections (S, S') each comprising two skewers (22) in substantially one section plane, said repeating sections having a common longitudinal axis (L) and opposite sides with respect to said longitudinal axis (L) with one skewer at one side and the other skewer at said opposite side, wherein said handling support (1) is made as one part from plastic, wherein said skewers (22) comprise a skewer end (25) extending away from said longitudinal axis (L) for allowing skewing said material parts onto said handling support (1), a skewer base and a skewer tip sharp enough for allowing meat portions to be punctured, wherein said sections comprise at least one from:
- a first section type with a first section length of 10-12 cm and said skewers having a skewer length of 3.0-4.5 cm and a skewer width of 4.0-5.0 cm;
- a second section type with a second section length of 15-18 cm and said skewers having a skewer length of 4.5-5.5 cm and a skewer width of 3.0-4.0 cm;
- a third section type with a third section length of 19-25 cm, and wherein said skewers having a skewer length of 4.0-6.0 cm and a skewer width of 2.0-3.0 cm.
