The air guiding partitioning member 60 includes a partitioning plate 62 hermetically partitioning between an air exhaust port 21 and an air intake port 22 provided with a predetermined interval longitudinally in the body casing 23. The partitioning plate 62 has an air guiding window 64 for delivering cooling air taken in from the air intake port 22 to an opening 36 for sucking air on the front side of the motor 30 through a space 66 between the motor 30 and body casing 23. The control board 80 is disposed on the rear side of the partitioning plate 62.
