The controller (4) is electrically connected to the driving member (15). The material receiver (2) is located below the material picking wheel (18) and is in communication with the material feeder (3). Materials in the material picking cavity (181) enter the material feeder (3) through the material receiver (2) to be broadcast. The material broadcasting method precisely controls material broadcasting in combination with flight status information about an unmanned aerial vehicle and preset broadcasting parameters, thereby improving the material broadcasting effect.
