摘要：
A foamed body includes a polylactic acid resin and inorganic particles. A proportion of the polylactic acid resin in the foamed body is 95% by mass or more. A proportion of the inorganic particles in the foamed body is from 0.01% by mass or more but 5% by mass or less. A thickness of the foamed body at which an ISO brightness of the foamed body is 90% or more is 500 micrometers or less.
