Provided are a composition for preparing a bio-based elastomer film with a high moisture permeability, and a bio-based elastomer film and a laminate prepared therefrom, wherein the composition comprises: 5-95% of a bio-based elastomer material, 0-80% of a resin polymer, 0.01-90% of an inorganic powder material having a particle size within 100 µmand/or an organic small molecular material having a molecular weight within 2000 Daltons, and 0-10% of an organic anti-blocking agent. The bio-based elastomer film and laminate have an outstanding moisture permeability and mechanical performance, can be widely used in various fields including outdoor sporting goods, clothing, medical treatment, food packaging, shoe materials and the like, are environmentally-friendly green products, and are good for the environment.
