A condition-based method for displaying digital content, a system, and a computer-readable storage are provided. The system provides a serving system (100) that includes a user database (105) and a content database (107), and provides an application program (50) in a user device (111, 113, 115). The method operated in the serving system (100) includes receiving location data (303) and user identification from the user device (111, 113, 115). In the serving system (100), a geographic range can be determined. After querying the content database (107), one or more location-based or personalized digital content complying with user interests and within the geographic range can be obtained. When any digital content is determined to have a priority-processing instruction, the serving system (100) transmits a linking data of the digital content to the user device (111, 113, 115). In the user device (111, 113, 115), linking icons of the digital contents are marked on the application program (50) and the digital content with the priority-processing instruction is displayed in a priority ranking.
