According to an aspect, there is provided a computer-implemented method (200) for assessing a region of interest of a subject, the method comprising receiving (202) an image including a portion of a subject; receiving (204) an indication of a location of a region of interest (ROI) on the portion of the subject; receiving (206), from a sensor, sensor data indicative of a measurable parameter of the ROI; receiving (208), from the subject via a user interface, an indication of the nature of the ROI; generating (210) an association between the received sensor data and the nature of the ROI; and providing (212) at least one of the image, the sensor data, the indication of the nature of the ROI and the generated association for further processing.
