The microprocessor (30) is configured for controlling the first charging module (10) and the second charging module (20) to charge a battery. The first charging module (10) is configured for supplying power to a vehicle diagnosis system and charging the battery. The second charging module (20) is configured for charging the battery. A device that needs to be charged is charged by means of both the first charging module (10) and the second charging module (20), and the charging current is controllable, such that the charging efficiency is improved.
