The disclosure demonstrates an electrode material of a fibrous structure, which has a platinum-based electrocatalytic material, an electrospinning polymer material, and an oxide material and/or an organophosphorus acid material with ion conduction. Above, in the micromorphology has the structure of nanofibers, but also has porous morphological characteristics, the electrode material of this structure is prepared by electrostatic spinning technology, can be used as a high-temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell porous electrode. Compared with the existing technology, the electrode material described in the present disclosure has a controllably orderly structure, good mass transfer performance, high utilization of precious metals, high electrode stability. Compared with other preparation methods, the electrospinning preparation process of this method is of strong controllability, reducing the uncontrollable factors brought about by other methods.
