The method for suppressing pulse interference in encoding and decoding communications includes: performing gain amplification and sampling on a communication signal, and identifying a preamble part x 1 ( i ) of the communication signal; setting an amplification gain G 2 of a controllable gain circuit based on a valid preamble signal T 1 (i) and the other interference signal part N 1 (i); amplifying, based on the amplification gain G 2 of the controllable gain circuit, the communication signal including payload data and sampling the communication signal, and performing frequency interference suppression on sampling communication signal data x 2 (i) to obtain a signal y 2 (i) after frequency interference suppression; and calculating a signal z 2 (i) after pulse interference suppression, and performing decoding and demodulation on the signal z 2 (i) subsequently to finally obtain the payload data.
