The runner plate (2) includes a plurality of straight sections (21) arranged in two rows, and a plurality of connecting sections (22). Each two adjacent straight sections (21) define an opening (201) therebetween. The openings (201) in the two rows are staggered with respect to each other. Each two adjacent connecting sections (22) are connected to and cooperate with a common straight section (21) to define a drain channel (200) communicating with the opening (201) that aligns with the common straight section (21).
