A stator (60) is accommodated in a casing (20). A rotor (70) is provided on an inner circumference of the stator (60). A shaft (50) is provided on an inner circumference of the rotor (70). A functional part (11) is provided on an outer circumference of a first member that is the stator (60) or the shaft (50). A heat-resistant part (12) is provided between the functional part (11) and a second member that is the casing (20) or the rotor (70).
