The present invention relates to an analysis device (1) configured to simultaneously measure multiple parameters of a biological sample, said device comprising: at least one sample container (11) configured to contain a biological sample; and at least one measuring base (12) configured to cooperate with the sample container (11), wherein said measuring base (12) comprises: at least one electroanalytical sensor; a lighting module (126) configured to emit light in said biological sample through the sample container (11); and an optical sensor (127) configured to receive light emitted by said biological sample, light transmitted through said biological sample and/or light scattered in said biological sample; wherein the sample container (11) and the measuring base (12) comprise mutual cooperation means (111, 121). The present invention also relates to a method of analysis of a biological sample implemented by said analysis device (1) and the use of said analysis device (1).
