Various solutions for determination of type-1 hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook in physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for secondary cell (SCell) dormancy are described. An apparatus may determine (410) that an active downlink (DL) bandwidth part (BWP) for a serving cell of the apparatus is a dormant BWP. The apparatus may determine (420) K1 values associated with an active uplink (UL) BWP for the serving cell according to a set of slot timing values including integer multiples of 1. Accordingly, the apparatus may apply (430) the K1 values for determination of a type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook in a PUCCH.
