The present invention describes a multifunctional kitchen (1) which allows a mode of use in the form of a kitchen and another mode of use in the form of table and is adjustable in height. The multifunctional kitchen (1) incorporates a hob (7) installed in a main countertop (2), a frame (50) which supports the main countertop (2), and a vertical lifting mechanism (5) which changes the height of the frame (50) controlled by the user. In one variant, the hob (7) is an induction hob and is concealed under the main countertop (2); in another variant, it is installed on the main countertop (2) and a movable board (6) conceals and exposes the main countertop (2). This can have a receptacle (14) with collapsible faucet (15). Alternatively, the main countertop (2) is made up of two parts which are turned 180° with respect to the frame (50) in order to display or conceal the hob (7) and the receptacle (14).
