A vacuum storage device, comprising: a suction base, which is provided with a first suction port; a storage box configured to be detachably fixed to the suction base, defining a storage space within; where the storage box has a suction port; a vacuum pump configured to sequentially extract part or all of the air from the storage space through the first suction port and the suction port. The vacuum storage device allows for easy retrieval of ingredients into the storage, enhancing the user experience. There is also provided a refrigerator having the vacuum storage device.
