Provided is a charging control system and the like that control charging of a battery of a mobile vehicle on a charger side. A charging control system (100) includes a charging control means (1) that controls charging of a battery (21) of a vehicle (20) by a charger (10) based on a charging current command value or a charging power command value transmitted from the vehicle (20) to the charger (10). When a charging mode is constant-current charging or constant-power charging, the charging control means (1) makes a change in the output setting value of the charger (10) to change the charging current of the battery (21).
