A holding chamber is defined in the housing and a pressure relief valve is arranged on the housing; the cell is arranged in the holding chamber; the current collector plate includes a first side and a second side disposed opposite each other; wherein the first side is connected to an end surface of the cell, and the second side is connected to a bottom of the holding chamber; the first side defines a first recess, and the first recess is spaced from the end surface of the cell; the second side defines a second recess, and the pressure relief valve is disposed directly opposite to the second recess; an edge of the current collector plate is spaced from a wall of the holding chamber to define a connection channel, and the first recess and the second recess are connected through the connection channel.
