The present invention relates to: a cell-penetrating degrading antibody in which U-Box of E3 that can bind to E2 of an ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS), which is an intracellular protein degradation system, or an E3 recruiter (E3 recruiting ligand) that can bind to E3 of the UPS is fused to a cell-penetrating interfering antibody that penetrates into the cytosol of living cells and specifically recognizes a target protein; a composition comprising same; and use thereof.
