The measurement method is executed by a terminal device (12), and comprises: on the basis of a mapping relationship between the number of antennas and an RRM measurement parameter, determining a first RRM measurement parameter corresponding to the number of receiving antennas in the terminal device (12) (21); and performing RRM measurement on the basis of the first RRM measurement parameter (22). The terminal device (12) performs RRM measurement on the basis of a first RRM measurement parameter corresponding to the number of antennas of the terminal device (12), such that not only are the accuracy and reliability of antenna resource management of the terminal device (12) ensured, but also the power consumption of the terminal device (12) is reduced, thereby improving the endurance capability of the terminal device (12).
