The present invention relates to a bicycle frame with accessible built-in damping, having at least one damping element (2) internally built into a housing (3) provided for this purpose within the tubes that make up the frame (1), comprising: an opening (30) for access to the housing (3), having a shape and dimension such that they allow the removal and placement of the damper (2) or cleaning, adjustment and/or maintenance tasks without having to remove same; and a removable cover (4) that completely covers and closes said opening (30) for access to the housing (3) with the damper (2). Optionally, the cover (4) comprises means for attaching a bottle holder or container holder support (6).
