In this manner, an existing bottleneck problem of a packet header during retransmission and combination is avoided, a signal-to-noise ratio during retransmission and combination is greatly improved, and lower sensitivity is implemented. In addition, when no additional overheads are generated, receiving performance during retransmission and combination in a strong interference environment is greatly improved, and anti-interference performance of a receiver is significantly improved.
