A radome, a stacked plate and a composite plate that are used for the radome, and a manufacturing method are provided. The radome is manufactured by performing softening and hot roll pressing on a composite plate. A stacked plate forming the composite plate includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer that are sequentially stacked. The first layer and the third layer are of a same structure and are made of a same material. The first layer and the third layer each are formed by compounding a continuous-fiber-woven object and thermoplastic resin. The second layer is made of a foam material.
