By sliding an inner pipe 14 disposed inside a pipe 10 relative to the pipe 10, opposite end portions of the inner pipe 14 come into close contact with opposite end portions (turn portions 15, 16) of a nozzle 40 facing the opposite end portions of the inner pipe 14, such that one ejection port (42, 43) is closed and the other ejection port (43, 42) is opened to allow pressurized wind generated by a blower fan 20 to be ejected along the inside of the inner pipe 14 to switch between sucking state and blowing state.
