The display substrate includes: a base substrate; a plurality of first pixel circuits; a plurality of first light-emitting devices on one side of the first pixel circuits away from the base substrate, wherein the first light-emitting devices include first electrodes; at least one flat layer and at least one conductive layer between the first pixel circuits and the first light-emitting devices, wherein at least one of the first pixel circuits is electrically connected with the first electrode of at least one of the first light-emitting devices via the conductive layer through a via hole penetrating through the flat layer, and the via hole includes a first via hole in contact with the first electrode; and a pixel defining layer on one side of the first electrodes away from the base substrate and including an opening exposing the first electrodes, wherein an orthographic projection of the opening on the base substrate does not overlap an orthographic projection of the first via hole on the base substrate.
