Provided is an ink composition containing a colorant, a specific solvent component composed of at least one organic solvent having a ClogP value of more than 0.504 and less than 2.635, and water, in which a weighted average value obtained by weighting the ClogP value of each organic solvent constituting the specific solvent component by content on mass basis of each organic solvent and averaging the weighted ClogP values is more than 0.67 and less than 1.26. An ink composition set including the ink composition, and an inkjet recording method using the ink composition are also provided.
