This application relates to the field of circuit technologies, and provides a charge pump circuit, a power management circuit, and a terminal, to prevent a backflow current from being transmitted in the charge pump circuit. The charge pump circuit includes a first auxiliary circuit, a second auxiliary circuit, an input end, an output end, and a first boost circuit and a second boost circuit connected in parallel. The first boost circuit and the second boost circuit are electrically connected between the input end and the output end. When the charge pump circuit is in an operating state, the first boost circuit and the second boost circuit are separately configured to: receive a power supply voltage input by the input end, and boost the power supply voltage. Alternatively, when the charge pump circuit is in a non-operating state, the first boost circuit is further configured to be disconnected under control of a cut-off signal input by the first auxiliary circuit; and the second boost circuit is further configured to be disconnected under control of a cut-off signal input by the second auxiliary circuit.
