Disclosed is an analysis device (1) including a microfluidic chip (100) that generates a droplet (3), a machine vision (300) that captures a first point (19) of the microfluidic chip (100), and a LIBS module (7) that irradiates a second point (19) of the microfluidic chip (100) with laser (710). When a droplet (3) is detected in an image captured by the machine vision (300), the LIBS module (7) is driven to irradiate laser (710). The first point and the second point are points (19) where the generated droplet  (3) can be observed.
