The dike is formed upwardly so as to surround the outer periphery of the tank body. The pump discharges liquid hydrogen inside the inner tank through the side plate of the inner tank to the outside. The housing chamber is disposed between the outer peripheral surface of the dike and the storage space, and houses the pump.
