PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid work stop due to heavy consumption of a welding material (raw material for welding) and to eliminate a stock of an excess welding material unnecessary at the present time in a manufacturing site. SOLUTION: Welding material control means 111a-111n calculate an ordering delivery date of the welding material by the remaining amount, the use amount and the delivery date of the welding material, and creates welding material ordering data created by adding an ordering item and an ordering amount to the ordering delivery date to transmit the data to a computer 13 for production control. When a stock of the welding material corresponding to the welding material ordering data is present in a welding factory, the computer 13 transmits information including the storage place and the amount thereof to the welding material control means. When the stock of the welding material corresponding to the welding material ordering data is not present in the welding factory, the computer decides a welding material supply maker of an ordering destination according to the welding material ordering data, and transmits the welding material ordering data to an information terminal of the decided welding material supply maker via an Internet network.
