Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a three-dimensional structure comprising panel units and structure frames.
SOLUTION: The panel unit is constituted by disposing an in-plane stiffening member within a frame face of a peripheral frame composed of round pipe members or the like, connecting its end to a blade member positioned outside the peripheral frame, and filling foam resin inside metal sheets stretched within the frame face of the peripheral frame to form upper and lower faces, under high pressure to apply fixed membrane tension. In the adjacent panel units, a pair of connecting members of spectacle-type half structures which straddle peripheral frames are arranged along the facing peripheral frames. The pair of connecting members are connected in the state of holding both peripheral frames, and the facing peripheral frames are connected to construct the structure frame. Further, the blade members of the panel units are connected to node steel plates. These assembling processes are repeated to construct the three-dimensional structure.
