PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window frame structure small in both the aspect width and the seal width of the window periphery. SOLUTION: In the window frame structure 1, the window frame 6 is fitted in an opening 5 of the frame body formed by precast concrete columns 3 and precast concrete beams 4. The lower frame 9 of the window frame 6 is fixed by a fixing fastener 7 and the upper frame 10 is fixed respectively by a movable fastener 8. In the movable fastener 8, a vertical piece 20 extended from the precast concrete beam 4 is slidably hooked on a guide shaft 19 laid between a pair of support pieces 18 installed on the upper frame 10, the vertical piece 20 is positioned in the vicinity of the central part of the guide shaft 19 by a spring 21 provided between the said and the support piece 18.
