PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, which is controlled so as to emit operation sound effects varied depending on a card user in an operation related to electronic money, an information processor, an information processing method and an information storage medium. SOLUTION: A card 10 records user information 12, balance information 13 and acoustic data 14, and performs settlement with a sales device 20 to enable commodity purchase by electronic money. When the card 10 is presented, the sales device 20 reads the user information 12, the balance information 13 and the acoustic data 14 from the card 10 through radio communication, performs settlement based on information of a commodity designated by the user and the balance information 13, and provides the designated commodity to the user. A predetermined sound is outputted at a predetermined time in the settlement by use of the acoustic data 14. The acoustic data can be stored in only the sales device 20 or in both the card 10 and the sales device 20, and output sounds varied depending on the user and from event to event.
