Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability on a paper feed roller by restricting lowering of friction coefficient and the generation of squeal phenomenon due to repetition of paper feeding.
SOLUTION: This paper feed roller is formed of a core body and a cylindrical rubber roll fitted on the peripheral surface of the core body, and the rubber roll has three-layer structure formed of an inner layer, an intermediate layer and an outer layer. All the inner layer, the intermediate layer and the outer layer is formed from a non-foaming layer, and JIS-A hardness of the inner layer is set at 10 degrees or less, and JIS-A hardness of the outer layer is set at 25-60 degrees.
