PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorescent light emitting element which has the excellent durability at a high efficiency. SOLUTION: An organic light emitting element has a light emitting layer composed of a material of three components or more between opposing electrodes. In the organic light emitting element, a first main constituent material of the light emitting layer is a metal complex, a second main constituent material is a compound having a carbazole frame, and a sub-constituent material is a phosphorescent radiation material.
